Click to listen!

In this episode we visit a firm of tailors that has been based in Wandsworth since the 1800’s. Handed down from father to son for several generations the current proprietor is Philip Child and he agreed to talk to us on the show.

This 5.68 km walk will take you past All Saints Church, The Spread Eagle Pub, Wandsworth Roundabout, The new location for the Royal Academy of Dance, Fred Wells Gardens, St Mary’s Church Battersea, The Royal College of Art, The Peace Pagoda in Battersea Park and more!

Here is a link to route for the walk and all the stats on MapMyRun. It was a windy day and at one point my scarf went flying. I was able to catch it just before it got blown into the Thames. We’ll be back 8pm Sunday 28th January 2018 with another episode of Walking Wandsworth
